2019-2020: EU & L'Occitane
During the first semester, I took various courses of the 'Communication y Marketing Digital' course at the Universidad Europea de Valencia.
When Covid-19 broke out, I had to return to France and found a job at the head office of L'Occitane en Provence as a saleswoman and tourist guide, where I gave tours in French, English and Spanish. I stayed there from March to September 2020.
Throughout the year, I also took online courses on the Udemy site of Digital Marketing and graphic design, in particular on the Adobe suite.

University of Europe of Valencia
At the Universidad Europea de Valencia, I took courses in Marketing Strategy, Media Planning, Creativity for Social Networks, Digital Marketing, Big Data, SEO-SEM but also Website Creation.
At each of these classes, we had to develop group projects such as the creation of a brand, a creative concept, a marketing strategy for such and such a brand...
The main challenge for me was to manage to do a job as good as the others while being the only foreigner in the class, which was very rewarding because it allowed me to perfect my Spanish.
L'Occitane in Provence -
Salesperson & Tour guide
When I worked at the head office of L'Occitane en Provence my tasks were diverse and varied.
First of all, I had to be a saleswoman in the biggest store in Europe. So I had to learn all the products in store as well as their compositions and properties.
Then I was a factory tour guide. The one-hour visits were in French, English or Spanish for groups of up to 25 people from all over the world.
This experience taught me a lot: sales, teamwork which was essential, flexibility, group management, etc.

Online course
Udemy is an online learning site. It offers the purchase of courses of all types and very complete. During the year, I was able to take Digital Marketing courses in Spanish and English, then online graphic design courses: Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and AfterEffects.
