2020-2021: Masni & Orange

I performed a  Master 1 ' MASNI ' at the University of Aix-Marseille. He is ranked 3rd Master of France in his category. The two geographical areas at the heart of my training were those of English-speaking and Spanish-speaking countries. 
The various subjects covered during the year were: intercultural management, analysis of international risks, project management (design of ambitious projects, in semesters 1 and 2), international marketing, international and intercultural negotiation, communication, information and decisions, global geopolitics, English and Spanish.

 

For my end-of-year internship, I became  communications officer at the international headquarters of Orange  for a period of 4 months. In this environment, my main mission was to communicate through the editorial: creation of video content, articles, various and varied designs, newsletters, animation of the Orange social network, to do strategic watch , etc

You will find on this page the main projects carried out during the year. Unfortunately, most of those from Orange cannot be published here for reasons of confidentiality, but you will find some of them here

Master's Communication Officer

During the year, I was project manager for the communication of the Master Masni . I created his website , animated his social networks, created an advent calendar on the theme of culture. I also had to collect and put together testimonials from Alumni to communicate about the master. You will find attached that of Chiara.

Seminar organization

In December, following the editorial communication project, I had to organize a seminar which welcomed 60th people. I also directed and edited all the videos that were broadcast during this one. You will find attached the presentation.

Spanish Project -
Las Fallas Valencianas

This involved creating a 10 minute presentation about a cultural celebration in Spanish. I thus chose to create, not a powerpoint like the rest of my class, but rather a video report to fully pay tribute to this incredible festival that is the Fallas Valencianas.

Marketing-

Establishment of Accor 

In marketing, we had to study the establishment of the Accor group in Canada. All aspects had to be studied: micro and macro-economic analyses, demand, prescribers, prices, prospects, customers, competition, partners, acquisition, distribution, risks, prospecting...

Business Plan -

Coolka

As a group, we had to develop the Business Plan of a fictitious company that we had to set up. Ours was called Coolka. These were marketing set-up support services for foreign entrepreneurs who would like to come and settle in our Provence-Alpes-Côte-d'Azur region. This is a very buoyant sector because every year 80 companies of this type are created around Marseille.

Marketing-

Establishment of Avianca

In marketing, we had to study the establishment of a Colombian airline called Avianca in China. A whole file had to be drawn up to prove the possible (or not) penetration of the Chinese market. You will find attached the slide show that I had created for the oral presentation of our project.

Spanish -

Publicity

We had to, in groups of two, lead a 35-minute 'problem-solving' meeting in Spanish on a predetermined topic. We came across the topic of Advertising. Thus I had the idea of working on the change of marketing target of 'pipas españolas', very little consumed by young audiences. The purpose of the meeting was thus to improve the brand image in this popular fringe. To do this, we first tried to stimulate the creativity of the class, then we relied on an advertisement with the same marketing target. From there, we determined what type of content to create as well as the different appropriate distribution channels.
